Talk or Not, operated by Talk or Not Inc., (“us,” “we,” “our,” the “Company,” “app,” or “Talk or Not”). Together you and Talk or Not may be referred to as the “Parties” or separately as “Party.”
Terms of Use Agreement.
By creating an account or by using our service, through a mobile device, mobile application or computer (collectively, the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Safety Rules, and other such Guidelines, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement, and any terms disclosed to you if you have started a trial or made a purchase. If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement, you should not access or use the Service.
Eligibility.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Talk or Not and the Service. By creating an account and using the Service, you acknowledge this.
Your Account.
In order to use Talk or Not, you may sign up with a valid email address on an iOS device. It is your responsibility to not share account, password or other important details related to the creation, use, or management of your account and thus Talk or Not is not responsible for any such activities related. Talk or Not will not sell or share your information. We are not responsible for keeping or maintaining your email
Safety.
Talk or Not should be a tool to make meaningful connections. By using our service you abide to be respectful, and courteous with your communication. Should you make a connection and carry on outside the app it is your responsibility to use your best judgment in regards to safety and the sharing of personal information in and outside of the app. Talk or Nor is not responsible for any actions outside of the app or responsible for any inappropriate or negative communication inside the app. As a service you can message us at support@talkornot.com to report issues or flag users.
Community Rules.
By using the Service, you agree to the following: A) Use a real, timely photo headshot to represent yourself (shoulders up). B) The photo is you (no one else). C) Respect users on the service regardless of age, gender, etc. Have fun!
